Liquid Sounds, in the line of continuing to contribute to society and contribute to community action, launches within its Sustainability Plan the 1st Call “Sonamos tú”.

On this occasion, and with the important support of the Chacón Group, renowned Lanzarote company, launches this call for the support and promotion of actions aimed at improving and conserving the natural environment / cultural / heritage of Lanzarote, as well as to promote the reduction of social inequalities and promote social well-being.

Who can submit your proposal?

If you are a natural person, non-profit organization and/or educational or university center and you have an idea or project that is developed on the island of Lanzarote and you would like Sonidos Líquidos to sponsor your project, this is your call.

For-profit companies will not be eligible for the call., although they may participate as collaborators of the awarding entities, contributing value to the project..

will be accepted, both requests for projects already in execution, as project ideas.

What type of proposal can be submitted to this call??

Our team is open to new ideas, projects and experiences. So if you have ideas that can improve the sustainability of the event or, you prefer to carry out an action for the conservation of the territory and/or in the social sphere. We want to hear you!
The proposal must be developed on the island of Lanzarote.
It will be valued if it supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

How to request?

As well as sending a report presenting the project and the person or group promoting it., in Spanish and PDF format with a maximum of 10.000 words. Besides, It is recommended to send a presentation or synthesis video with a maximum duration of 3 minutes.

The Report must include at least the following information:

Project's name
Persona the promoter team
Scope of action
Project description
Project objectives and relationship with Sustainable Development Goals if applicable.
Recipients
Collaborations and/or sponsorships in force, if any
Planned execution period
Project needs susceptible to collaboration by the festival. (If you require financial and/or material support, quantify and describe needs).

How is this call developed??

Interested entities and persons must submit their proposal within the period from the publication of these bases to the 20 April 2023. All proposals will undergo a technical evaluation by the multidisciplinary evaluation commission. The ruling will be made on 24 April 2023, communicating the resolution of the same by the email provided by the participants in the form.

Once the failure has been reported, The collaboration agreement will be sent to each successful person and/or entity, who must send it signed before the 27 April 2023 to the email provided by the organization. In the event of not obtaining the signed agreement before said date, it will be considered that sponsorship is renounced.

How does Liquid Sounds collaborate with your project??

We want your project to be visible:

Dissemination of the project and the activities related to it in the festival's communication channels, as well as the promoting and collaborating organizations of this call.

We will also make your project resonate on the days of the festival within our “BE ECO” stand.

In the application form, as well as in the project report that you send us, You will have the opportunity to send our team the needs of your project. (materials, economical support, technical support, etc.). If your project is selected, our team will send you the personalized support proposal.

What are you committing to in this call??

Although our team will send you a personalized commitment proposal, The general lines of commitment would be the following:

Execute the actions defined in the presented project.
Carry out actions within the applicable legislative framework and have the necessary administrative authorizations.
Attend meetings established by the team for the presentation, project monitoring and support. As well as collaborating in some action, attend any communicative event or other type of participation that is deemed necessary prior agreement between the parties.
Be open to the creation of synergies and collaborations for the implementation of actions parallel to the project.
Communicate any substance modifications that may occur during the execution of the actions proposed in the project..
Collect graphic document of the implementation of actions and grant permission to take images, video and sound by the festival communication team.
