Refund of the balance of your cashless bracelet
Follow these steps to request your return:
1. Keep your bracelet
You will need the code that appears on the back of the chip to request a return. This code is essential to identify your bracelet and manage the refund. It is composed of 8 characters that combine letters and numbers.
2. Access the return form
On the enabled page (https://cashless.idasfest.com/eventos/devolucion/3751) For returns you must enter the code of your bracelet and complete the requested information.
3. Confirmation of your request
Once the form is submitted, You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your request has been successfully registered.
4. Receive your refund
After the application period ends, we will begin processing returns. Refund may take up to 2 weeks to become effective, depending on bank management deadlines.
Important
Return requests will be available until Tuesday 16 June to 12:00 hours (Canarian time). Once this period has ended, It will not be possible to process new applications.
